The National Rural Women’s Coalition is pleased to launch our new e-Leaders Social Media Program. An interactive virtual classroom program that will focus on social media skills for intermediate level users. This program is six weeks in duration. Places are limited to 20 participants.

Session 4 - Creating and Editing Videos

  • Introduction to storytelling and effective communication
  • How to create engaging videos (including music, design and imagery)
  • Participants will learn the skills to create a video to tell their own story*
  • Case studies for review and discussion

* Participants will be asked to share a video in the closed Facebook Group.

Session 5 – YouTube and Virtual Trends

  • How to use YouTube to promote your idea or product
  • Considerations for reach and engagement
  • Review and critique of clips
  • Update on virtual trends including virtual reality and 360 degree videos

Session 6 – Top 10 Social Media Tools

  • A review of tools to improve the content and engagement of your posts
  • Increase your reach and stand out from the crowd
  • The Top 10 tools critiqued and explained
